March 28 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.
EXMAR EXMR.BR:
Exmar on Thursday reported a decrease in FY IFRS revenue to $348.9 million but a rise in IFRS EBITDA to $204.7 million. It will not propose a dividend for 2024.
FLUXYS FLUX.BR:
Fluxys reported on Thursday increasing FY revenues and EBIT to 608.8 million euros ($657.0 million) and 133.9 million euros respectively. It proposes a dividend of EUR 1.4 per share.
HAL TRUST HLAN.AS:
HAL Trust's NAV increased by 2.20 billion euros to 15.50 billion euros at the end of 2024, with the holding's FY net income at 1.21 billion euros, it reported on Thursday.
SANOFI SASY.PA
French drugmaker said on Friday its antibody Dupixent
had been approved
as the first-ever biologic medicine in Japan for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
SOCIETE GENERALE SOGN.PA
French bank said on Friday it had appointed of
Alexis Kohler
, current general secretary of the French presidency, as Executive Vice President, adding he would join the compay in June 2025 and that he will be a member of the group executive committee.
UBISOFT UBIP.PA:
French videogame maker Ubisoft said on Thursday it has set up a subsidiary in which China's Tencent 0700.HK will invest 1.16 billion euros ($1.25 billion).
