Ubisoft up after report it seeks investors to back new venture

** Shares in Ubisoft UBIP.PA jump around 5% after Bloomberg News reported the French video game maker is seeking investors for creation of new entity

** Ubisoft's shareholder Tencent Holdings 0700.HK is among firms invited to bid for stake in a new entity, Bloomberg said

** Ubisoft was not available for comment

** TP ICAP MidCap analyst Charles-Louis Planade says the shares might also be rising ahead of "Assassin's Creed: Shadows" premiere on March 20

** "It's now or never for them", says analyst

** Up to the previous session's close, shares were down 6.6%​ YTD
