Re:       UBS (Irl) Fund Solutions Plc (the "Company")

-     Notice to Shareholders

 

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder") to
inform you of certain upcoming changes to the Company and the sub-funds of the
Company (each a "Fund" and collectively the "Funds").

It is important to note that the proposed changes to the Funds, as described
below, does not impact the existing investment objective and policy of each
Fund. Each Fund will continue to be passively managed by tracking the relevant
benchmark as disclosed in the relevant Supplement.

Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the same
meaning as given to them in the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus").

1.          Name Change

The name of each sub-fund of the Company (the "Funds") will be updated to the
"New Name" as set out in the table below.

The change of name of the Funds will have no impact on the investment
objective, investment policy or the Index being tracked by the relevant Fund.

2.          Share Class Name Change

The naming convention for each Class of shares of the Funds will be updated,
as follows:

-     The "A" denomination of each Class, currently included to denote
that availability of such shares on the secondary market to all investors,
will be removed;

-     Shares in Classes with "hedged to" in their name will be renamed to
"h" to denote that that Class will hedge currency exposure; and

-     All brackets currently included with respect to the relevant
currency in the name of a Class will be removed.

3.          Rights of Shareholders and Procedural Aspects

 

The above changes will enter into force on 12 May 2025, subject to the
approval of the Central Bank. On approval from the Central Bank, revised
Supplements to reflect the above changes will be available on www.ubs.com/etf.
(http://www.ubs.com/etf)

The Prospectus, together with the updated supplement relating to the Funds,
the updated Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) and PRIIPs Key
Information Documents (KIDs) for the Funds, and the constitution of the
Company are available free of charge at the Company's registered office at
2ndFloor, 5 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland and online at
www.ubs.com/etf, (http://www.ubs.com/etf) and/or free of charge from the local
representatives in the countries where the Company is registered, including in
Switzerland from UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG, Aeschenvorstadt 6, 4051
Basel, Switzerland, which acts as Swiss Representative, and UBS Switzerland
AG, Bahnhofstrasse 45, CH-8001 Zurich, Switzerland, which acts as the Swiss
Paying Agent.
