Notice to the shareholders of

UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions
(the "Company")

 

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder") to
inform you of the following upcoming changes to the sub-funds of the Company.

Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the same
meaning as given to them in the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus").

 

1.             Name Change

The name of certain sub-funds of the Company will be updated to the "New Name"
as set out in the table below.

The change of name of the sub-funds will have no impact on the investment
objective, investment policy or the Index being tracked by the relevant
Sub-Fund.

2.             Amendment to the investment objective and policy
and names of UBS BBG US Treasury 7-10 UCITS ETF and UBS BBG MSCI Euro Area
Liquid Corp 1-5 Sustainable UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Funds")

The Sub-Funds' investment objective and policy will be amended with effect
from 15 July 2025 (the "Effective Date") in order to reflect that the
investment objective of the Sub-Funds will be to track the reference indices
as further described in the table below:

The Sub-Funds' names will be amended as from the Effective Date as further
described in the table below:

The investment policies of the Sub-Funds will be amended to reflect that UBS
BBG US Treasury 7-10 UCITS ETF will track an US Treasury index with a broader
maturity range and UBS BBG MSCI Euro Area Liquid Corp 1-5 Sustainable UCITS
ETF will track an index that no longer promote environmental and/or social
characteristics

 

 

Following the change of reference index and subsequent renaming of the
sub-fund, UBS BBG MSCI Euro Area Liquid Corp 1-5 Sustainable UCITS ETF will no
longer promote environmental and/or social characteristics and comply with
article 8 of SFDR. As from the Effective Date, this sub-fund will comply with
article 6 of SFDR.

 

The above changes will not have a negative impact on the fee or costs level in
managing the Sub-Funds.

 

Information for shareholders of the Company

 

Should you disagree with the planned changes mentioned above in section 2, you
may redeem your shares, free of redemption charge until 14 July 2025 in
accordance with the redemption procedure set out in the prospectus.

 

The abovementioned changes will become effective as of 15 July 2025 and will
be reflected in the next version of the Prospectus.
