Notice to the shareholders of

UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions
(the "Company")

 

Dear Shareholder,

We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder") to
inform you of the following upcoming changes to the sub-funds of the Company.

Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the same
meaning as given to them in the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus").

 

1.             Name Change

The name of each sub-fund of the Company (the "Sub-Funds") will be updated to
the "New Name" as set out in the table below.

The change of name of the Sub-Funds will have no impact on the investment
objective, investment policy or the Index being tracked by the relevant
Sub-Fund.

2.             ESMA Guidelines

The below Sub-Fund will be renamed in line with the ESMA Guidelines on fund
names using ESG or sustainability-related terms

For the avoidance of doubt the sub-fund's investment objective, investment
policy, risk profile and fees will remain unchanged.

 

The below Sub-funds will have their minimum proportion of sustainable
investments increased to 40%:

 

-     UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - Bloomberg MSCI US Liquid Corporates
Sustainable UCITS ETF

-     UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - Bloomberg MSCI US Liquid Corporates 1-5
Year Sustainable UCITS ETF

-     UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - Bloomberg MSCI Euro Area Liquid
Corporates Sustainable UCITS ETF

-     UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - Bloomberg MSCI Global Liquid Corporates
Sustainable UCITS ETF

-     UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - Bloomberg MSCI Euro Area Liquid
Corporates 1-5 Year Sustainable UCITS ETF

 

3.             Share Class Name Change

 

The naming convention for each share class of the Sub-Funds (the "Classes")
will be updated, as follows:

-     The "A" denomination of each Class, currently included to denote
that availability of such shares on the secondary market to all investors,
will be removed;

-     Shares in Classes with "hedged to" in their name will be renamed to
"h" to denote that that Class will hedge currency exposure; and

-     All brackets currently included with respect to the relevant
currency in the name of a Class will be removed.

Please see below example of the application of the proposed changes:

Information for shareholders of the Company

 

The abovementioned changes will become effective as of 12 May 2025 and will be
reflected in the next version of the Prospectus.
