up 1.8% at $2.21 in early trading
    ** Xin Guan replaces Zhuangkun He as CEO, while retaining

    ** Siyuan Wang has been promoted to the position of CFO;
Siyuan will replace Cheong Kwok Mun, who has resigned from his
positions of chairman of board and CFO stating personal reasons
    ** Cheong will remain on the board as a director, while
Zhuangkun He will continue to work as an adviser for co 
    ** Daqing Mao, founder, has been appointed chairman of the
board
    ** Stock down ~65% YTD
