** Shares of Metallium MTM.AX rise as much as 18.1% to an all-time high of A$1.140

** The minerals extractor inks an agreement with North American co Ucore Rare Metals Inc UCU.V

** Agreement allows each party to process each other's feedstocks

** Co says agreement would create the pathway for taking a diverse range of rare earth element feedstocks to separated oxide products, which co says has been largely confined to China

** YTD, MTM UP 326.9%, UCU up 352%
