** Shares of development-stage mining company Critical Metals CRML.O up 14.7% at $7.20

** Co signs 10-year agreement with Ucore Rare Metals UCU.V to supply heavy rare earth concentrate from its Tanbreez project to UCU’s U.S. Department of Defense-funded Louisiana processing facility

** Under the agreement, CRML expects to supply up to 10,000 metric tons annually of rare earth concentrate, which represents approximately 10% of the project’s initial projected production

** Including session's moves, CMRL's shares up 6.2% YTD
