    ** Chairman and CEO Gregg Coccari, who led co's IPO in 2021,

    ** Co promotes business president Greg Brown to CEO,
effective March 1
    ** Lead independent director Jeff Lieberman will assume the
role as interim chairman of board
    ** Co also expects Q4 2022 revenue to be in the range of
$164 to $167 million, mid-point of which is below analysts'
estimates
    ** Shares of UDMY fell 46% in 2022
