** Shares of online learning platform firm Udemy  UDMY.O 
rise ~31% to a nine-month high of $10.22
    ** On Thursday, company posted Q4 sales of $199.9 million,
above analysts' average estimate of $194.7 million - data
compiled by LSEG
    ** Posts Q4 adjusted profit of 10 cents/shr, also above the
estimate of 7 cents/shr
    ** Forecasts 2025 revenue to be between $787 million and
$803 million, compared with analysts' estimate of $798.7 million
    ** Expects Q1 revenue to be between $195 million and $199
million, compared with the estimate of $197.7 million
    ** Shares of Udemy fell ~41% in 2024
