** Shares of online learning platform  UDMY.O  up 13.8% at
$11.5 - biggest one-day pct gain in over a month
     ** Co beat quarterly revenue estimates, posted adj loss of
$0.08/shr against street expectation of a loss of $0.14/shr
    ** UDMY sees Q2 rev in range of $147 mln to $151 mln, and
2022 rev in range of $610 mln to $640 mln, in line with average
analyst estimates according to Refinitiv
    ** 11 of 14 brokerages rate stock "buy" or higher, 3 "hold";
their median PT is $20.63
    ** Up to last close, stock fell 41.2% YTD; peers  CHGG.N 
fell 36.9%,  COUR.N  fell 27.9% YTD
