** Shares of UFO Moviez India  UFOM.NS  trims some gains to
trade up 3.7% at 135 rupees; they rose as much as 8% earlier 
    ** Digital cinema distribution co on Tuesday said it has
entered into a strategic alliance with TSR Films
    ** Under the deal, UFOM will acquire exclusive advertising
rights of TSR's 403 screens
    ** Trading vol 0.9x the 30-day daily avg
    ** Stock rose ~21% in 2023, its biggest yearly gain since
2017
