** Co posts 41.9% increase in Q4 total sales to $144.1 mln, compared with the previous year

** Co reports adj. Q4 profit of $2.46/share, vs $1.64/share, the previous year

** UFPT's MedTech unit sales increased 48.6% to $132.7 mln

** Stock has risen 11.7% in the past 12 months
