** Gas utilities firm UGI Corp's shares  UGI.N  up 3.6% at
$37.9 after FY22 earnings beat estimates
    ** Co reported FY22 earnings of $2.90/shr, beating estimates
of $2.84/shr - Refinitiv IBES data; Co credits strong
performance in utilities, midstream and marketing segments
    ** Co issued FY23 earnings guidance range of
$2.85-$3.15/shr, while analysts on average expect earnings of
$3.19
    ** One of four brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
three "hold"; their median PT is $39.5
    ** Stock down 17.6% YTD, compared with a 2.7% decline in the
S&P 400 Gas Utilities Industry index  .SPMDCGAUT
