** Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd  UGRO.NS  rise as much as
9.59% to 192 rupees, their highest in over six months
    ** The relative strength index of the stock is 72,
suggesting it may be overbought
    ** About 298,153 shares change hands in a block at 175.55
rupees apiece - Refinitiv data
    ** DBZ (Cyprus) sold off 609,053 shares of UGRO on Tuesday,
at 175.14 rupees apiece, bulk deal data from the National Stock
Exchange showed    
    ** Stock is most active in over two weeks, with  a trading
volume of 959,367 shares as of 2:32 p.m. IST, more than thrice
the 30-day avg - Refinitiv IBES data
