** Shares of Ugro Capital  UGRO.NS  rise as much as 7.8% to
291.5 rupees, biggest intraday gain since Oct. 11
    ** Non-banking finance co's profit more than doubles to
325.3 mln rupees (~$4 mln), total income up ~47% Y/Y
    ** UGRO trading above its 200-day simple moving average
since April 2023
    ** More than 429,000 shares traded by 11:20 a.m. IST, 1.7x
its 30-day avg
    ** Stock rose over 78% in 2023, its best yearly gain since
listing in Nov. 2021
