India New Issue-Ugro Capital accepts bids for 3-year bonds - traders
MUMBAI, March 6 (Reuters) - India's Ugro Capital UGRO.NS
has accepted bids worth 500 million rupees ($6.1 million) for
bonds maturing in three years, two merchant bankers said on
Monday.
The non-banking finance company will pay a coupon of 10.50%
on this issue, and had invited commitment bids on Monday, they
said.
The notes of the company are rated A- by CRISIL and the issue
will be settled on Wednesday.
