Appointment - Chief Financial Officer

 

Ukrproduct Group Limited (AIM: UKR), one of Ukraine's leading dairy and food
manufacturers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Olena Telychko as
non-Board Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective immediately.

Olena has been with Ukrproduct since 2019, most recently serving as Deputy CFO
and Head of Reporting. Prior to joining the Company, she held finance roles at
Bunge Ukraine and has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting,
audit coordination, IFRS compliance, and systems implementation. She holds a
Master's degree in International Economics from Alfred Nobel University and a
Diploma in International Financial Reporting.

Commenting on the appointment, Rinat Abdrasilov, Chairman of Ukrproduct, said:
