APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Ukrproduct Group Limited (AIM: UKR), one of the leading Ukrainian producers
and distributors of branded dairy foods and beverages (kvass), is pleased to
announce the appointment of Rinat Abdrasilov to the board as independent
non-executive Chairman, effective from 1 September 2024.

Rinat Abdrasilov, a British citizen and currently a director at JSC Ukrposhta,
the national postal operator of Ukraine, is a strategy professional with
extensive experience of corporate leadership. He has a strong track record in
corporate governance, investor relations and business transformation and
training across project management and finance. Rinat's recent non-executive
director and advisory roles include at a bank, a housing association, an
international software company, a UK government trust and a range of charities
and associations internationally. He has extensive experience of working with
executive board members, chairing committees, as well as in optimising overall
board performance. Rinat is a graduate of the American University of Central
Asia with a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University
of Cambridge.
