Kyiv, Ukraine- Ukrproduct Group Limited ("Ukrproduct" or the "Company") (AIM: UKR), one of the leading producers and distributors of branded dairy products and beverages (kvass) in Ukraine today announces that it has received notification that Sergey Evlanchik, Company Director, has acquired 13,200 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 7.5 p per share on November 4, 2014. 
Following this transaction Sergey Evlanchik is now beneficially holding 14,495,583 ordinary shares representing 36,54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
