AMENDMENT TOOTPBANKLOAN AGREEMENT
Furthertotheannouncementsmadeon26June2017,theCompanyispleasedtoconfirmreceipttodayofa
variationtotheloanagreementwithOTPBank,originallyissuedon30May2011,under whichthe principalloan repaymentdatehasbeenfurtherextendedto08December2017.Allotherprincipaltermsoftheloanagreement
remainunchanged.Theprincipalamountoutstanding under theloan remains Ukrainian Hyrvnia(UAH)32.3 million.
