** Shares of personal care brand Bath & Body Works BBWI.N  jump ~5% to $20.57 on strategic partnership with beauty retailer Ulta Beauty ULTA.O
** BBWI to bring a selection of body care and home fragrance products to over 600 Ulta Beauty stores nationwide and Ulta.com, starting July 12, 2026
** Shares of Ulta Beauty were down ~1% at $460.38 in regular trade
** Including sessions moves, the BBWI stock has risen ~3% and ULTA stock has fallen ~24% YTD
