Dec 18 (Reuters) - Ulusoy Elektrik Imalat Taahhut ve 
Ticaret  ULUSE.IS : 
    * Signs annex to the agreement with Baskent Elektrik 
Dagtm, Istanbul Anadolu Yakas Elektrik Dagtm and Toroslar 
Elektrik Dagtm that was signed on April 13 
    * Power Supply Companies exercised their option to increase 
deal amount by 50 pct or by $3.9 million 
    * Says agreement period is extended till July 13, 2016
