 * Says UMS signs mou with malaysian aerospace metallic component manufacturer 
 * Says under the terms of the mou, UMS will invest rm0.1 million into all star fortress sdn. bhd. 
 * Says asf to relocate its manufacturing operations to ums' penang premises 
 * Transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the group's earnings per share for year ending 31 December 2015
