Under Armour announces $95 million additional restructuring costs; shares drop

** Shares of Under Armour down ~3% at $4.54

** UAA expanded its restructuring costs by an additional $95 million, per regulatory filing from Thursday

** Additional costs include separation of Curry Brand from Under Armour, further contract terminations, incremental asset impairments, and additional employee severance

** Says expansion brings total restructuring costs to about $255 million, and plan is expected to be "substantially complete" by end of fiscal year 2026

** Co also sees annual adjusted operating income between $95 million and $110 million vs. prior range of $90 million to $105 million

** As of last close, stock down ~44% , YTD
