 * On 27 June 2016, the company entered into the subscription agreement with the 
subscriber 
 * Subscriber has agreed to subscribe for, an aggregate of 88.3 million 
subscription shares at subscription price of HK$0.170 per subscription share 
 * Aggregate gross proceeds of the subscription will be approximately HK$15 
million
