UniQure jumps on alignment with FDA on development plan for gene therapy

** U.S.-listed shares of Netherlands-based UniQure NV
 UQ1.F   QURE.O  jump 74.9% to $12.77 premarket
    ** Drugmaker says it has reached an agreement with the U.S.
FDA on key elements for an accelerated approval path for its 
Huntingdon's disease therapy AMT-130
    ** The FDA agreed data from ongoing early-to-mid stage
studies, may serve as primary basis for submission for potential
approval, avoiding the need for an additional pre-submission
study - QURE
    ** Huntington's disease is a rare, inherited
neurodegenerative disorder
    ** Up to last close, stock up 7.8% YTD
