 QURE.O  down 4.2% to $16.90 before the bell as follow-on prices
  
    ** Netherlands-based firm  ~4.4 mln shares at $17 for $75
mln gross proceeds
  
    ** Offering price represents 3.6% discount to stock's last
close
  
    ** Co plans to use net offering proceeds to fund submission
of a biologics license application for AMT-130, its 
  
    
      
    
  
    ** Co has ~49 mln shares outstanding as of Jan 6, according
to most recent , giving it ~$864 mln market cap
  
    ** Leerink, Stifel and Guggenheim acting as bookrunners for
stock offering
