French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Dec 5 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    FRANCE/POLITICS:
    French lawmakers passed a no-confidence vote against the
government on Wednesday, throwing the European Union's
second-biggest economic power deeper into a crisis that
threatens its capacity to legislate and tame a massive budget
deficit.   

    FERROVIAL  FERF.AS :
    Dutch holding company announced it will pay an interim cash
dividend of 0.0346 euros from dec 27.
    
    SOITEC  SOIT.PA :
    French semiconductor company announced it will collaborate
with Globalfoundries  GFS.O  in the production of
high-performance rf-soi semiconductors. 

    UNIBAIL-RODAMCO-WESTFIELD  URW.PA :
    French shopping mall owner said it had acquired a 38.9%
stake in URW Germany from its joint venture partner CPP
Investments, adding this deal was an off-market transaction, in
the context of an existing shareholders' agreement that it
increased its  stake in URWG to 89.9%.

    WAVESTONE  WAVE.PA :
    French IT Company Wavestone reported H1 results and cut its
full-year guidance, aiming for stable annual sales compared to
previous year against an organic growth between 3% and 5%,
previously announced.
