French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Dec 23 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    BNP Paribas SA  BNPP.PA  
    BNP Paribas Group said it was signing a share purchase
agreement for Axa Investment Managers by BNP Paribas Cardif for
a deal valued at 5.1 billion euros and expected to close
mid-2025.
    
    Eurofins Scientific  EUFI.PA :
    Pharmaceutical company Eurofins announced the launch of a
fourth share buyback programme. It will start on 23 December
2024 and will last until 22 December 2026 at the latest.    
    
    Ipsos  ISOS.PA :
    French market research firm Ipsos received clearance to
acquire Infas. It will hold 96.6% of Infas shares post-takeover
and operate in Germany as Ipsos Infas.
    
    Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield  URW.PA :
    Mall operator URW said it will sell an 80% stake in Trinity
Office Tower to Norges Bank Investment Management. The implied
offer price for the asset is around 0.45 billion euros.
Transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter
of 2025.
