** Pharmaceutical co posts Q4 consolidated profit of 529.7 million rupees  ($6.15 million) vs year-ago loss of 1.36 bln rupees; revwnuw up 28% Y/Y

** Co reports last year's Q4 earnings were hit by "major" fine by European Commission

** Profits improved with no such cost this year, Unichem says

** Over 566,776 shares traded, ~8.4x the 30-day moving average

** Stock down 14.5% YTD
