** Pharma co gets demand notice from European Commission for fine of 19.5 mln euros (~$23 mln)

** Says subsidiary remitted 2.8 mln euros in instalments to European Commission; yet to pay 16.7 mln euros

** More than 94,150 shares traded, more than 3x the 30-day avg

** Stock set to snap three-session gaining streak

** UNLB down ~34% YTD
