Appointment of New Director

 

The Company has previously announced that it plans to continue its refreshment
of the Board and intends to identify a suitable candidate to join as a Non-
Executive Director.  Following an external recruitment process the Company is
pleased to announce the appointment of Josephine Tubbs as a non-executive
Director with effect from 24 May 2022.

Josie qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and worked in private practice for
several years before becoming an in-house lawyer in 1997.  Since 2006, Josie
has been General Counsel for AXA Investment Managers in the UK before becoming
General Secretary UK in 2019, a position she still holds.  Since 2013 she has
non-executive director roles on the boards of AXA IM's Irish operating
entities and the boards of various Irish domiciled investment funds.

 

There are no other details or disclosures required under LR 9.6.13R of the
Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules.
