Issue of Equity
 
The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 5 April 2020 it unconditionally allotted and issued 13,799,381 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 131.02p and 137.72p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 11 February 2020.  The Offer will remain open until 30 June 2020 unless the over-allotment facility is fully subscribed before this date or otherwise at the Board's discretion.
 
An application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 9 April 2020. 
 
Following this allotment, the Company now has 143,805,079 Ordinary Shares in issue.
