Further to the announcement on 19 February 2021, the Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 8 April 2021 it unconditionally allotted and issued 1,129,286 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 237.44p and 238.15p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 28 January 2021, relating to those applicants requesting their shares be allotted in the 2021/2022 tax year. The Offer was fully subscribed and raised approximately £15 million before costs. The Offer is now closed.
An application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 14 April 2021. Following this allotment, the Company now has 150,350,899 Ordinary Shares in issue.
