Issue of Equity

 

Further to the announcement on 9 February 2022, the Board of Unicorn AIM VCT
plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 4 March 2022 it
unconditionally allotted and issued 12,647,039 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 197.24p and 204.08p per share
under the Offer for Subscription launched on 24 January 2022, the Offer was
fully subscribed and raised approximately £25 million before costs. The Offer
is now closed.

An application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and
to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and
dealings are expected to commence on 10 March 2022. Following this allotment,
the Company now has 161,302,719 Ordinary Shares in issue.
