Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the "Company") announces the allotment of 560,504
Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 129.7 pence per share, being the
latest published net asset value at 31 January 2023, to Shareholders who
elected to have their cash dividends reinvested into new Ordinary Shares under
the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme in respect of the final dividend for the year
ended 30 September 2022.

Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market
for listed securities has been made and dealings are expected to commence on
or around 24 February 2023.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now
163,276,689 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Unicorn AIM VCT plc under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
