Unicorn AIM VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
1p share of the Company as at 31 January 2026 was:

 

At bid price (cum income)

Per Ordinary 1p share                    83.9 pence

 

The net asset value is calculated after the deduction of the final dividend of
3.5p per share and the special interim dividend of 23.0p per share. The final
dividend went ex-dividend on 2 January 2026 and will be paid on 13 February
2026. The special interim dividend went ex-dividend on 22 January 2026 and
will be paid on 5 March 2026.
