Offer for Subscription - Update

 

The Company published a prospectus on 28 January 2025, ("the Prospectus")
containing an offer for subscription of up to £20 million with an
over-allotment facility for a further £5 million through the subscription of
up to a maximum of 35 million ordinary shares of 1p each ("the Offer"). Full
details of the Offer are contained in the Prospectus.

Following strong demand for the Company's shares under the Prospectus and to
accommodate future demand, in accordance with the Prospectus, the Board has
decided, after consultation with Unicorn Asset Management Limited (UAM), the
Company's Investment Manager, to utilise the over-allotment facility and
increase the Offer by a further £5 million. The Offer will therefore remain
open until 5.30pm on 1 April 2025 for applications for 2024/2025 tax year and
5.30pm on 30 April 2025 for applications for 2025/2026 tax year unless the
over-allotment facility is fully subscribed before these dates or otherwise at
the Board's discretion.
