Results of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual
General Meeting held today, 4 February 2026, were approved on a Poll.

 

The Results of the Poll was as follows:

Charlotta Ginman has not sought re-election and has retired from her position
as a non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director with effect from
today.  Charlotta had been a non-executive Director of the Company since July
2016.

 

Timothy Woodcock, Non-executive Chair, said: "On behalf of the Company's
Shareholders and the Board, I would like to thank Charlotta for her excellent
contribution as the Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Board
over the past ten years and wish her all the very best for the future.

 

The Company has started a recruitment process for Charlotta's replacement, and
an announcement will be made when concluded."

 

The Company will also review the appointment of a Director as Senior
Independent Director and will announce the outcome of this when agreed.
