Purchase of shares
 
The Company announces that on 9 April 2020, it purchased 447,110 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.31% of the issued share capital at a price of 110 pence per share for cancellation. 
Following this purchase, there are now 143,357,969 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
 
The Company will shortly be entering a Closed Period pending the release of its Interim Report for the six months to 31 March 2020.  The Company will review the possibility of further buybacks after the Interim Report has been released.
