The Company announces that on 16 July 2020, it purchased 631,281 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.43% of the issued share capital at a price of 129.5 pence per share for cancellation. 
Following this purchase, there are now 146,760,205 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
