Purchase of shares

 

The Company announces that on 15 March 2024, it purchased 2,190,947 of the
Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 1.12% of
the issued share capital at a price of 92 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 192,635,379 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
in issue.
