Appointment of Director
 
The Board has previously announced that it would consider the outcome of review of the Corporate Governance Code and any impact on the Board's current composition.  Following this review, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Woodcock as a Director of the Company with effect from 10 June 2019.
Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand and subsequently worked as Finance Director for companies including Urban Dining PLC and Capital Management and Investment PLC as well as roles at Punch Taverns PLC and Sun Capital Partners. In 2008 Tim co-founded Oakfield Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in fast growing UK smaller companies. After investing the first Oakfield Fund in 7 portfolio companies and completing 2 successful exits, Tim left in 2016 to focus on his private business interests. He is currently Director of Jolly Fine Pubs Ltd and Secure Parking and Storage Ltd. He is also an elected Councillor for the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.
