Issue of Equity
 
The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 5 April 2019 it unconditionally allotted and issued 9,663,499 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 146.6p and 148.3p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 29 January 2019. The Offer is fully subscribed and raised  approximately £25 million before costs when it closed on 4 April 2019.
 
An application is been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 10 April 2019.
 
Following this allotment, the Company now has 133,124,819 Ordinary Shares in issue.
