** Shares of drug developer Unicycive Therapeutics UNCY.O rise 9.2% to $5.46
** Co posted Q2 net loss of $1.7 million, compared to a net loss of $6.5 million a year ago
** Co says the decreased net loss was attributed primarily to a decrease in the fair value of the co's warrant liability
** UNCY plans to resubmit marketing application for oxylanthanum carbonate after FDA facility inspection
** In June, U.S. FDA had declined to approve oxylanthanum carbonate to treat elevated phosphate levels in patients on dialysis due to chronic kidney diseases
** Including session's move, stock down 5.9% YTD
