On 29 June 2015 Mr P L Sigismondi (PDMR)transferred 7,106 Unilever PLCOrdinary 3 1/9 pence shares at nil consideration to his connected person Ms E L Veiga.
On 30 June 2015 Ms Elvira Lopez Veiga (a connected person to Mr P L Sigismondi) sold 1,640 Unilever PLCOrdinary 3 1/9 pence shares at a price of 2745p per share.
