Listing rule confirmation - Non-Executive Director appointment

Further to its announcement on 31 May 2021, Unilever confirms that the
effective date of Nelson Peltz's appointment as a Non-Executive Director and
member of its Compensation Committee shall be 20 July 2022.

This confirmation is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.12
