2025 Share Buyback

 

London, 13 February 2025. With our full year 2024 results, Unilever PLC
announced a new share buyback of up to €1.5 billion, to commence today
("SBB").

 

The purpose of the SBB is to reduce the capital of Unilever PLC and it will
take place within the limitations of the authority granted to the Board of
Unilever PLC by its general meeting, held on 1 May 2024, pursuant to which the
maximum number of shares to be bought back by Unilever PLC is 222,831,091.

 

The SBB commences today, 13 February 2025, and will end on or before 6 June
2025.

 

Unilever PLC has entered into non-discretionary instructions with Goldman
Sachs International to conduct the SBB on its behalf and to make trading
decisions under the SBB independently of Unilever PLC.
