Invalid Requisition of General Meeting

 

Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO, OTCQB: UJOGF), acknowledges the receipt of a
purported requisition notice dated Sunday 18 January 2026 at 19:23 (the
"Purported Notice") from former director Craig Howie.

 

After reviewing the Purported Notice and taking legal advice, the Company does
not consider the Purported Notice to be valid.
